Infinity

"Infinity" by Dick Onians

The Institute was kindly gifted a sculpture by artist Dick Onians entitled Infinity in January 2012. It shows a single-sided surface, such that if an ant were to walk along the length of the sculpture it would return to its original starting point having traversed both sides of the shape, but would not cross an edge. The sculpture examines the endlessness of time, space, and regeneration.
