Turbulence in Fluids

we have been made aware of a very convincing phone scam that is focusing on our workshop participants. Participants may be contacted by phone by a firm called Business Travel Management to arrange accommodation for workshops and/or programmes.  This includes a request to enter credit card information.

Please note, INI will never contact you over the phone requesting card details. We take all payments via the University of Cambridge Online store

If you have been contacted by this company please contact us as soon as possible.

17th November 2008

This Open for Business meeting on Turbulence in Fluids represents a new collaboration between the Isaac Newton Institute and the Knowledge Transfer Network. It will provide opportunity, at senior level, for cross-fertilisation between the business-facing activities of the KTN and the research focus of the INI. The day has been structured to enable the formation of new relationships on the business-academic interface and to assist in identifying the common challenges that have greatest potential for research, knowledge transfer and commercial impact.

This event is a followup meeting from the The Nature of High Reynolds Number Turbulence (HRT) programme
