Accommodation and Costs

There is a registration fee of £100 (reduced to £80 for students) which includes admission to all seminars, refreshments, lunch on Tuesday 23rd October and Wednesday 24th October, reception, formal dinner and programme but does not include other meals or accommodation.

The cost of accommodation is not included in the workshop fee, and all participants are kindly asked to make their own accommodation arrangements. We have managed to secure the following rooms at the following hotels:

• Express by Holiday Inn - 15 rooms at a rate of £72 per room per night - guests can contact the hotel direct and use the following code MET to book a room, they will be asked for their credit card details and contact phone number at that time. The release date for this block booking is a month prior to the arrival date of the 21st October

• Rougemont Hotel - 20 rooms at a rate of £95 per room per night that includes breakfast - guests can contact the hotel direct and use the following code METO211012 to book a room. The release date for the block booking is the 22nd September
