Abstract

The low energy dynamics of M2-branes at a CY4 singularity, possibly with torsion flux, is a 3d N=2 superconformal theory. I will describe a type IIA reduction that allows, in some cases, to read off from D-branes a field theory description, as a Chern-Simons-matter quiver gauge theory with flavors and unequal ranks. I will also discuss how to compute the quantum moduli space of these theories.
