Accommodation and costs

There is a registration fee of £300 (reduced to £250 for students) which includes admission to all seminars, lunches and refreshments on the days that lectures take place, wine reception and a formal dinner but does not include other meals or accommodation.

The accommodation package costing £860, includes a registration fee, accommodation from Sunday 21 July 2013 to breakfast on Saturday 3 August 2013 together with lunches and refreshments during the days that lectures take place. The formal dinner is included but no other evening meals.

Accommodation in single study bedrooms with shared facilities and breakfast and lunch are provided at Wolfson Court, adjacent to the Institute.

No refund will be given if cancellation is within 4 weeks of the event, and the advertised fee cannot be reduced if only partial participation of the event is possible. However, please contact programmes@newton.ac.uk if you only wish to come for one day.
