Accommodation and costs

There is a registration fee of £100 (reduced to £50 for students) which includes admission to all seminars, refreshments, reception, formal dinner and programme but does not include other meals or accommodation.

The accommodation package costing £485, includes a registration fee, accommodation, breakfast and dinner from dinner on Monday 29 August to breakfast on Saturday 3 September 2011 together with lunch and refreshments during the days that lectures take place.

Accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided at Wolfson Court, next to the Newton Institute where single study bedrooms with shared bathrooms are available.

Applications are particularly welcomed from early career researchers and those from under-represented groups. Funding may be available to support attendance, including from the Institute's Junior Membership scheme for eligible participants.
