There is a registration fee of £200 (reduced to £155 for students) which includes admission to all seminars, lunches and refreshments on the days that lectures take place, wine reception and a formal dinner but does not include other meals or accommodation.
The accommodation package costing £475, includes a registration fee, accommodation from Sunday 7 July 2013 to breakfast on Saturday 13 July 2013 together with lunches and refreshments during the days that lectures take place. The formal dinner is included but no other evening meals.
Accommodation in single study bedrooms with shared facilities and breakfast are provided at Robinson College, a ten minute walk from the Institute.
Lunches are provided at Wolfson Court, adjacent to the Institute.
