European Superstring Theory Network Meeting

This is the third network meeting for the European Superstring Theory Network, and is sponsored by the European Union (HPRN-CT-2000-122) and by the Newton Institute. It will take place during the M-theory programme, which will run at the Newton Institute during the period 4 February to 19 July 2002.

During the week of the workshop the participants in the Newton Institute programme include: Atiyah, Aharony, Berkovits, Brunner, Das, Giveon, Hashimoto, Van Proeyen and Rey.

Location and Cost
The workshop will take place at the Newton Institute. The registration fee will be £75 per person, and will cover various planned entertainments, which will include a dinner in Trinity College, and a Reception. For those not wishing to attend the dinner, the registration fee will be £45 per person. Graduate students will not be required to pay the £40 basic registration fee, but will have to pay £35 if they wish to attend the dinner.

Rooms on a bed and continental breakfast basis have been reserved at the Arundel House Hotel which is situated by the river and is within 15 minutes walking distance from the Newton Institute, at a cost of £70 per night for a single room (or £72.50 with full English breakfast) and £47.50 per person per night for a twin-bedded room. It will be necessary to confirm bookings before the end of November.

Please ensure you quote the reference code MTHW02 in all correspondence. To secure your room, you will need to supply the Hotel with your credit card number. A block of rooms have been reserved until 30 November 2001, and you are strongly advised to book before then. After this date accommodation cannot be guaranteed there, and you may have to find alternative accomodation.
