This is a Follow-up Meeting to the successful INI Programme No 86 on Stochastic Processes in Communication Sciences. The meeting will be held at the Isaac Newton Institute, in Cambridge, UK, from 12 to 16 August, 2013.

The meeting will concentrate around 3 major mathematical themes:

• Stochastic Networks
• Random Graphs and Spatial Networks
• Network Statistics and Simulations

with a special emphasis to applications in:

• Grid Networks
• Wireless Networks
