Scientific Theme:

The aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers from a number of scientific areas that use stochastic PDEs as a mathematical tool. The focus will be on applications to physical and biological models. These will include stochastic models for fluid flows (transport equations and passive tracer models, turbulence models, stochastic vortex models),dispersive models (for example fibre optics communications), stochastic effects in ferromagnetism, and reaction-diffusion models (from genetics and population modelling).
