Programme

Theme and Speakers:

This conference is a Satellite Meeting to the 6 month programme at the Newton institute. It combines the themes of this programme: well posedness, ergodic theory, non-Gaussian noises, applications to physical and biological models, filtering, theoretical and computational approximations. There will be some emphasis on techniques from infinite dimensional stochastic analysis.

Meals: Lunch and dinner will be available at various locations around campus. Participants will be expected to pay for lunch and dinner themselves.

Conference dinner: A conference dinner has been arranged at King's Manor (http://www.york.ac.uk/admin/presspr/kmanor/) in the centre of York, very near to the Minster, and about 2 miles (40 minutes) walk from campus on Wednesday 2nd June. The cost will be about £38 per person. There is free parking for up to four cars at King’s Manor, please contact Christine Cockett (cac7@york.ac.uk) with details of your car to request a parking permit. Buses or taxis are readily available. The University has a preferred taxi company, Ebor Taxis (01904 641441).

Registration fee: There is a registration fee of £50 (reduced to £40 for students) which includes admission to all seminars, refreshments, and welcome pack.
