Properties of the interfaces in the multyphase regimes

Abstract:

We review results about the phase diagram of the high entropy systems. They undergo the first order phase transition, and at the transition temperature the phases with different entropy coexist. If the two phases are sharing the same volume, then the interface between them is formed. We will explain the stability property of this random surface. (Joint work with Yvon Vignaud.)
