Bayesian Argumentation in the Real World

The talk provides a brief introduction to Bayesian Argumentation, including work on fallacies of argumentation (both inside and outside the law) and then focusses on the scope for Bayesian Argumentation and the normative considerations it provides in actual real world contexts, such as legal decisions.
