Participants may receive an email from a firm called Expo Hotel Services (ehotelservices.org) to arrange accommodation for workshops and/or programmes. This might include a request to provide them with credit card information.

Workshop theme

The aim of this workshop is to present frontline research on two main topics. One is the rigorous derivation of hydrodynamic/scaling limits of models of randomly interacting agents at a microscopic level, driven by space-time long range dynamics and leading to fractional equations in the continuum. A second main theme is the understanding of fractal and multifractal properties of random processes with jumps, highlighting fine details of their scaling structures. All these aspects will also be addressed from the perspective of applications in science, particularly in physics and biology.
