Modern probabilistic techniques for design and analysis of stochastic systems and networks

This is a Follow-up Meeting to the successful INI Programme No 86 on Stochastic Processes in Communication Sciences. The meeting will be held at the Isaac Newton Institute, in Cambridge, UK, from 12 to 16 August, 2013.
