ACCOMMODATION

Jesus College (£70 per night) for up to three nights (28th, 29th, 30th August), bed & breakfast

INI self-catering accommodation (£75 per night) for up to three nights (28th, 29th, 30th August), bed & breakfast

Accommodation subsidies for up to 2 nights at either the Isaac Newton Institute or Jesus College are available for students and post-docs (allocation of a first-come first-serve basis); please tick the box during registration if you wish to be considered for subsidised accommodation.

FORMAL DINNER

The formal dinner will take place on Wednesday 29th August at Jesus College. The cost of the dinner is £45 (discounted cost for students of £25).

CANCELLATION AND NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY

We regret that a fee is applicable when a confirmed booking is cancelled:

4-6 weeks prior to the event: 50% of the fee is payable

2-4 weeks prior to the event: 75% of the fee is payable

2 weeks or less: 100% of the fee is payable

If a delegate does not attend for whatever reason, the full fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
