Non-equilibrium explorations on the physics of life : remembering the biological physics of Tom McLeish

Workshop theme

There will be one day conference on 8th December 2023 at the Isaac Newton Institute, Cambridge in memory of Tom McLeish, who passed away earlier this year. The conference is based around the themes in biological physics that interested Tom during his research career, including (but not limited to):

* Polymer physics of Single Proteins

* Protein folding and mis-folding

* Statistical mechanics of evolution

* Mechanics of cytoskeletal networks
