Mathematical mechanical biology: old school and new school, methods and applications

Workshop theme

The workshop will explore the use of modern mathematical techniques for the study of problems at the interface between biology and mechanics. It includes the use of machine learning, Baysean methods, and uncertainty quantification for a wide range of problems in biology, physiology, and medicine (biophysics of the cell, brain, the heart, morphogenesis,...)

The Registration Package includes admission to all seminars, lunches and refreshments on the days that lectures take place (Monday - Friday), wine reception and formal dinner, but does not include other meals or accommodation.
